The Annual Drinking Water Quality Report is designed to inform you about your drinking water quality. Our goal is to provide you with a safe and dependable supply of drinking water, and we want you to understand the efforts we make to protect your water supply. The quality of your drinking water must meet state and federal requirements administered by the Virginia Department of Health (VDH).

If you have a problem with your water/sewer service after business hours, on a holiday, or over the weekend, please contact the Giles County Sheriff's Department at 540-921-3842, and they will contact an employee of the Town of Rich Creek's Public Works Department promptly to address the problem and/or concern.

During business hours, contact the Town Office at 540-726-3260 or by email at townofrichcreek@richcreek.org.

CURBSIDE BRUSH COLLECTION
The Town of Rich Creek will offer brush collection to Town Residents.

Rules
  • You must call the Town Office (540-726-3260) to arrange pick-up, before placing by the curb.
  • Brush cannot be larger than 3 inches in diameter.
  • Brush must be stacked going the same direction. (See picture)
  • No more than one pickup load per month.

Are you planning to start a new project?  Follow the following steps before you begin:
1.  Contact the Rich Creek Town Office to obtain a Certificate of Zoning Compliance application by clicking HERE.
2.  Contact Virginia 811 by clicking HERE to request marking of the public utilities (power lines, cables, conduit, gas, water, sewer, etc.)
