LEGAL NOTICE

The Rich Creek Town Council will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, September 9, 2024 at 6:00 pm or soon after, at the Rich Creek Town Office located at 250 Old Virginia Avenue, Rich Creek, VA 24147.

The purpose of the Hearing will be to consider adopting an Ordinance to grant a Franchise to Cebridge Acquisition, LLC, for the construction and operation of a cable system within the Town. 

A complete copy of the proposed ordinance is available for examination by the public at the Rich Creek Town Office, 250 Old Virginia Avenue, Rich Creek, VA 24147, during normal business hours, Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00, excluding Holidays.  Persons interested in this matter are invited to attend the Public Hearing or to submit written comments to Roger Jones, Mayor, P.O. Box 65, Rich Creek, VA 24147, prior to the date of the Hearing.
